- Creating Scope Statements
- Identify Deliverables and Milestones Schedules
Module 2: PLANING
- Creating Communication Matrix & Project Team Directories
- Establish Change Process and Approval (Scope Creep)
- Creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Work Packages
- Develop Critical Path Method (CPM to Scheduling
- Identifying Float/Slack in a Schedule (Forward & Backward Pass)
- Develop Risk Registry and Manage Project Risk
- Deploy Analogous Estimate & PERT Estimate techniques
- Identify software systems to track project progress (hard skills)
- Promote positive communication with Kick-0ff meetings
Module 3: EXECUTION
- Reporting Project Efficiency: Planned, Earned and Actual Value Calculations: Schedule Variance, Cost Variance, Estimate to Complete (Monitoring & Controlling)
- Applying Fast-tracking and Crashing Projects (Compression Techniques)
- Use of Status Reports with Stakeholders
- Develop Milestone Acceptance Criteria
- Use of Scrum Master to address project problem areas
Module 4: CLOSING
- Use of Project Customer Feedback systems
- Deploy Project Closeout: Handing Over Finished Projects processes
